Yes! Our candles are made with 100% soy wax which is eco-friendly, burns cleaner and lasts longer compared to traditional waxes.

$14.95 flat rate postage is available within Australia. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped. $19.95 express postage is available, 3-5 day processing time will still apply.

Yes you sure can! We have a local pickup point from Millicent for 5280 local residents. If you are from Mount Gambier & surrounds and require your order to be delivered free of charge, please leave a note in the notes section stating you require delivery to 5290 and I will be in touch! At Fallow & Fox, we take great care in ensuring your products arrive safely. We use eco-friendly packing peanuts and tissue paper to protect your items, all packed safely into a mailing box. Each product is housed in its own custom Fallow & Fox tube, adding an extra touch of luxury to your unboxing experience.

Yes you sure can! We use Australia Post as our carrier and a tracking number will be provided to the nominated phone number/email address once your parcel has been sent. 

Any candles or diffusers that are a citrus scent or fragrances that contain vanillan can discolour over time going a darker or yellow colour. When your product is exposed to sunlight, this can also speed up the process causing it to darken in colour. We also recommend keeping your products out of direct sunlight to prevent discolouring, however, this is completely normal and does not affect the performance of your product.
