$14.95 flat rate postage is available within Australia. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped. $19.95 express postage is available, 3-5 day processing time will still apply.

Local Pickup - 5280
We offer free local pickup from Millicent, South Australia. All orders will be processed within 2-5 days and you will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection along with the address and opening hours.

Local Delivery 
5280: a $5 delivery fee applies to 5280 deliveries. Orders will be delivered within 2-5 days and will be left in a safe place. Special order notes/requests can be left at the checkout when placing your order. You will be notified once the order has been delivered.

5290: a $10 delivery fee applies to 5290 deliveries. If you have special order/delivery requests, please add 'delivery instructions' below. All orders will be left in a safe place, and you will receive a text once it has been delivered.

At Fallow & Fox, we take great care in ensuring your products arrive safely. We use eco-friendly packing peanuts and tissue paper to protect your items, all packed safely into a mailing box. Each product is housed in its own custom Fallow & Fox tube, adding an extra touch of luxury to your unboxing experience.

Yes you sure can! We use Australia Post as our carrier and a tracking number will be provided to the nominated phone number/email address once your parcel has been sent. 

Any candles or diffusers that are a citrus scent or fragrances that contain vanillan can discolour over time going a darker or yellow colour. When your product is exposed to sunlight, this can also speed up the process causing it to darken in colour. We also recommend keeping your products out of direct sunlight to prevent discolouring, however, this is completely normal and does not affect the performance of your product.
