Carefully fill the diffuser with the refill provided and add reeds. For best results flip reeds weekly for a fresh burst of scent.

Warning:
Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, if irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Place on a stable surface away from heat sources. Flammable liquid, keep away from flames. Use with care around painted and porous surfaces as oil may cause damage. Handle reeds with care to prevent oil spills. Store upright.

- we offer free local delivery to 5290 & surrounds. Please select local pickup at the checkout to avoid paying shipping fees and get in touch here to organise delivery.

Shipping Rates:
- $14.95 flat rate postage is available within Australia or $19.95 express postage is available but a 2-5 day processing time will still apply.

When will my order ship?
- We are currently experiencing delays with our pre-order items and we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date, however we are expecting orders to be shipped by late January.

2. Will I be charged immediately for pre-order items?
- Yes, payment is processed at the time of placing the pre-order to secure your item.

3. Can I combine pre-order items with regular items?
- Yes, you can. However if you do so, all items will ship together once the pre-order item is available. If you'd like the regular items sooner, we recommend placing two seperate orders.

4. What happens if the pre-order date is delayed?
- If there are any unexpected delays with the arrival of your pre-order, this will be communicated via email.
